Great chair!

This is the first time we have ordered this chair for our conference room! And it was a great idea! Wide enough to be comfortable yet narrow enough to not take up to much space around the confere table thus leaving enough room to fit more chairs around the table! We light the airy look and feel of the chairs back too! I think we made the best choice possible and recommend the same to others.

Good quality!

I bought two of these chairs instead of two others due to poor quality of the last ones. These chairs are very comfortsable and design is good. They fit very well in our office at the front desk. I like the ptotection plan that cost just about $10 fro each chair. I found it as a good opportunity to get protected for 3 years. "Staples" gives us only fourteen days for returns. That is not enough time to figure out if you like a product or to find out if this product is not good quality. Protection plan is a good idea when you buy expensive products.

missing parts

chair came with several missing parts. went to return online and received message "cannot return item as it has not been delivered". Obviously I would not be returning item if it had not been delivered. Went on "chat" to talk with representative. She said I could not get an exchange. I would need to process the return and then go back online and re-order the chair.

Excellent Chair for the price

This chair was very easy to assembly and seems to be made well. It sits very comfortable with a well cushion seat and a good support back. The height is adjustable but the back no so much. You can make only VERY little adjustment on the back and only in the lumbar section. I sit all day long and at the end of the day my back do hurt some due to the inability to adjust the back to either a more upright position or a little more leaned back position. This is a perfect chair for a person that doesn't sit for 8 hour daily and we actually bought two more chairs for our reception area.

Why did I wait to get this chair?!

I have lower back issues and had Gerry-rigged my last chair with a ergonomic back pad to try to help as I sit in front of the computer all day for work. Once I got this chair I did not need the extra back pad and loved it right from the first time I used it.!

This chair is very comfortable. I would have given it five stars if the arms had more adjustment options - they are too high and can get in the way of typing.
