Decent quality but some shortcomings

This chair is mostly comfortable. I bought this to work from home during quarantine and while the construction is quite good it is limited in it's adjustments. Being over 6' tall the chair does not raise high enough for me. It's about 1.5" too short for perfect seated posture. Also the arms adjustment range is very limited. The depth of the seat is a little short for taller people too. Overall the chair is worth the money if you aren't very tall.

Slightly damaged yet servicable

Easy to assemble comfortable rolls nice. I say slightly damaged in the lumbard support can't be adjusted. When I took the back our of its plastic a small pice of plastic fell out. I'm guessing it would hold the lumbar in place since the floor display was easy to slide up and down.(Thus the 4 not 5 star) The good part there I can live with it rather then go thru a hassle trying to replace.

Great lumbar support! I would recommend this office chair if you have to work on a research paper and you are sitting for awhile.
