Overwhelmingly moldy smell

Received with overwhelmingly moldy smell. We didn't believe a company that would send this would take it back so took it apart to try to get the smell out. I would think again about buying from this company.

My wife asked me to get her a chair for her home office the day before I received a Staples email ad about ----- CHAIRS ON SALE FOR AT LEAST 40% OFF! Imagine! We selected this model which arrived the very next day and she is very happy with it. Thank you!

Good back support; I like that you can adjust the height of the arms; seems durable and good quality. It only took maybe ~20 minutes to set up. Very happy with my purchase!
