I like that the chair fits right into my back and gives support. Now that I am using it I wish that I had bought a chair with a longer seat. That's my fault and has nothing to do with the chair. It was easy to assemble

Needs a better seat cushion

I found the seat of this chair to be very hard. I bought this same chair about two years ago and the seat cushion is much more padded. Also this chair can only be raised to about 18" high. Will not work well if you have a high desk top.
