nice design seat padding is great. Arms are adjustable and have a bit of cushion on them. Height adjustments are nice. Has a good lumbar support pad that is added for additional back support! I recommend this chair.

Very comfortable but too high

Doesn't go low enough for a 5'10 person which I find strange as ergonomically it's not ideal but very soft and comfortable otherwise. May have to return it for the height issue though.
