Great lumbar support Love this chair

I've tried many task chairs and this one has the best cushiony seat good seat width and depth removable arms (yay!)and a terrific lumbar support that can be height adjusted. I like the mesh chair back so it will be cool in summers.

The tilt for the back is not as comfy as the store's model but maybe it will get there in time.

I didn't buy this chair on a whim. I spent an hour one day trying every chair in the store then came back on another day and spent a half hour reading in each of my two favorites. This chair was the clear winner but I wasn't sure it would pass the 8 hour test and I was prepared to take it back if I wasn't really happy. no need to return it - it's great! the seat is soft enough the mesh back provides flexibility and allows for the circulation of air to keep me cool. most importantly there is the right amount of lumbar support just where I need it. finally I find the adjustable arms are very helpful - I adjust them during the day depending on how tired I am and the variety prevents me from getting stiff in one position. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm pleasantly surprised given the price.

The chair and service are terrific. I got it delivered in 2 days! I was able to assemble it in 30 minutes!! The chair is so comfortable I can sit in it for hours at a time. The reason I gave it a 4 is because there is barely a tilt. Maybe I just don't have it set properly. It is a great value at an affordable price!

Within the first three weeks the mesh bach started pulling out the staples...back mesh pushes to far forward

I really like this chair! it surprisingly has very nice lower back support! The armrests are also removable. It's a good quality. We will order more for the office.
