I’d been wanting a chair like this for a long time. However they were very expensive. And the other affordable ones looked cheap and uncomfortable. This was the perfect chair! Quality great price and most of all comfort!!!

I purchased the chair a few months ago and found it to be easy to assemble. Only issue I have had is the gas lift was slowly going down and I kept having to raise the chair. I called the 800 # and they quickly sent out a replacement. No issue. It was easier than bringing the chair back to Staples.
