THIS CHAIR IS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE LUMBAR SUPPORT IS WHY I GIVE IT AN A+ ANOTHER FEATURE THAT MAKE THIS CHAIR LOVEABLE: THE ARMS EXTEND HIGH ENOUGH TO GO OVER MY DESK AND THEY EXTEND OUT FROM THE CHAIR PAD SO THEY ARE NOT RUBBING ON MY HIPS
The chair was fairly easy to assemble but recommend finding a helper because it's easier with another set of hands. Works a expected, looks better than I thought it would, but a little concerned about the durability of the mess seat; it seems a bit thin and springy for the duty expected. If it holds up then it was a smart purchase. Only time will tell but still only giving 4-stars because of the mesh concern. Everything else is good.
I have this exact chair at work so got it for the home office too in white (which I like). I find the chair sturdy with enough adjustments to get your position set. I leave my chair in the "no rocking" setting for mostly computer work. For me, once I set all of the capable adjustments in the correct postion, I leave it there forever.
The tilt lock mechanism of this chair is flimsy at best. Regular use has broken two of these chairs in less then 1 year from my original purchase date.
I weigh less than 275lbs and do not flop in my chair.
regularly locking/unlocking the tilt and leaning back in this chair is enough to fatigue it into breaking.
