I love love love this chair! A little apprehensive about the material but it is definitely my favorite. I have cervical and lumbar problems and this helps me sit more comfortably. I'm going to buy another one for my second desk!

The material for the seat tore in less than a week of use and I am well below the 275LB threshold listed. Also the website states this is rated to 5-10 hours of use while the instructions that come with it say 3-5 hours. Piece of junk waste of money threw it away.

This desk has been great so far BUT the requirement to press and hold the power button before the up and down buttons will activate is not realistic. While I understand this in store demo mode why would you require this in the user's house once installed?
