Love this chair- the assembly was not too difficult and it is comfortable and easy to use.

I have been using the Gaming Racer Style chair at home and the lack of breathability was terrible. I kept wanting to take my Herman Miller at work home with me because there is no way I am paying $600+ for a chair. This Dexley feels just like my Aeron work chair for a quarter of the cost.
This is a great office chair. I like that it helps my posture. Self assembly wasn’t bad for a novice like me. The kit did have a missing screw in section B.
I am 5' 6'' male for reference. Fantastic chair. The wheels slide over laminated floors smoothly without getting caught when they have to turn 90 degrees. The headrest is movable up and down and is satisfying when relaxing. The armrest are adjustable up and down and can be pushed out by adjusting the screws with the padding being comfortable for resting elbows. The seat is comfortable without it being too shallow or deep for the knees. The backrest has a good mix of firmness with softness so you can push your back to it when you need more support. The main dislike is the lumbar support as it is too stiff and can only be adjusted up and down but not in and out. To remove you have to break it off. I still recommend the chair just get rid of the lumbar support as the chair without it is plenty of support.
Chair does support the lumbar well. The back pops when reclining. A sign the screw arrangement is not sufficient. The seat is slightly wobbly on the pneumatic post. A sign the base assembly is insufficiently sturday for the chair assembly. The mesh is not as thick as I hoped. Overall the chair is of mediocre quality.
