the base broke after one year of use. just regular office work nothing out of the ordinary. i'm not even overly large at 200 lbs. chair was nice but cant handle daily use it seems

We've had the chair for about a week and so far my husband says it's a really good chair. He would have preferred no headrest but all the chairs seem to come with them. Everything else was what he was looking for: armrests flexible seat back lower back support. Ordered it online (cheaper than in the store) and assembly was relatively quick.

By all rights this chair covers all the critical requirements for a good comfortable and long lasting chair. Assyembly should not be attempted by anyone with little or no experiance. It took me about 90 minutes to complete the assyembly. Throw away that miserable 5mm allen wrench and go get a 1/4 drive 5mm socket. Will also need a 12mm 1/4 drive socket. After final assyembly the chair feels great! Fully adjustable reclining tension with incredable lumbar support we have a winner!
