The construction and materials exceeded expectation. The headrest support actually works and adjusts as needed especially when reclined. Lumbar support is better than Herman Miller's since there is more range to tune for optimal comfort/location. This chair easily comparable to competitors at 2x to 3x the price. Buy it you won't regret it.

One star off because instructions were not good and it was so difficult to put together. Looks like the holes to attach the headrest on the plastic frame were not drilled properly. Wheels were tricky too. So far it’s comfortable to sit in with decent lumbar support. Mesh keeps it cooler than my previous chair. It’s also slightly wide for the standard sized interior doors in my home office.

Love this chair It is so very comfortable. Love the back lets you sit up straight comfortably. Plus its a pretty blue. Also got another one but the very nice salesman showed us this one and I'm so glad he did Love it.
