Seam ripped two weeks in. I've already had to file a claim.

The seam on the chair has already torn after less than two weeks of use. Asurion's site is hard to use to make the claim and staples doesn't have anything to do with the insurance after you buy it. Easy to build but two weeks of use should not have already destroyed the seam on the seat of the chair. This makes me annoyed with the whole purchase. Other than that the chair is nice. But I couldn't recommended or give higher than one star at this point. A nice computer chair shouldn't rip in one week of regular use.

Rim of headrest pokes back of head. No tilt whatsoever. Thought I had purchased the identical chair to one I bought earlier. If you remove the headrest and expect a sturdy no tilt chair with good back support this would meet those requirements.

I got this chair on sale and it a good value for the price. It was easy to put together and comfortable to sit in. It has good back support and the mess seems to be really durable. However sitting in it without a shirt or in shorts can feel a bit scratchy. Overall it is a good office chair.
