The chair was great once we put it together the only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because the wheels were difficult to snap on and the back of the chair came with white scratches! Did want want to go thru the hassle of returning chair and waiting for another one.

My hubby & I were sitting in really old uncomfortable chairs at our desks. My chiro suggested a flex-fit chair & said we should go to Staples instead of paying $1000+ for a chair that's being marketed heavily. We bought two Union & Scale FlexFix Dexley Mesh Task Chair in Blue. The chairs are very comfy fit our bodies ergonomically (I'm smaller than hubby is & the chairs still work well for both of us). We put the chairs together in about 30 minutes & they look & feel great. The associate at Staples (in-store) was fantastic; he helped us order the chair & was very patient while we read reviews & compared the brands. So far we're pleased & happy we didn't spend $1000+ on chairs.

I received the chair the next day. The chair is well worth the price tag. I have a Costco chair and a Workpro Quantum 9000. It has a good armrest lumbar support head support. The tilting system is so so but I don't use the complex features much. Overall definitely love it over my costco chair.

It is comfy it was easy to assemble it’s customizable/adjustable and I love the headrest. I’m 5’9” and the height of the lumbar support is great for me. I got it in blue. I’m very happy with my choice.
