It is a decent chair but I find the seat to be not as comfortable as the ones I bought in the past so I had to a gel cushion seat pad to be able to sit for a longer length of time.My wife has the same chair with the same issue.

I sat in 40+ chairs today. I'm a plus size programmer that sits in a chair 40+ hours a week. I've had lower back and knee issues for years. When I tell you this one relieves the pressure points EVERYWHERE..I mean it. I cradles the lower end supports the middle of the thighs gives back end support but doesn't push you off the chair nor does it make you feel like your sinking. The head rest actually HAS use. The chair allows you to tip back but still supports you and brings you forward. The arms DO NOT move-thats the only downfall. BUT they will adjust up and down. Just not side to side. This is a great chair.
