I am enjoying the comfort and support of this chair. Assembly of the head support was a challenge to access the access the holes. Am still developing the proper height for my seat from the floor. Arm rests are great ergonomically.

I purchased this chair for my home office. The old chair I was using was horrible. I could only sit for about 15 minutes before I got stiff and needed a stretch. With this chair it’s comfortable for extended lengths of time and has cut way down on my hip back and knee pain. Totally worth it.

The chair is very comfortable and looks very good. The only complaint I have is that I would have liked that the chair locks in the relaxed back position. The chair locks in the forward position but not if the most relaxed position.
