Was really pleased with this purchase. Been using a hand-me-down office chair for the better part of 4-5 years and after a recent move and looking to remodel the home office in our new place it was clearly time for a new chair. Fell in love with this in the store the moment I sat in it -- with any furniture you really have to try before you buy. I personally like mesh seats though your mileage may vary if you prefer leather or plush/cushion. Having the adjustable head/neck rest and lumbar support was a key motivator for the purchase as well. As someone with lower back problems these both help encourage good posture and a comfortable seat for long days (especially when working from home). Last and likely most important is the assembly. It's incredibly simple and straightforward and comes with everything you need to get it together. Only took about 30-45 minutes to assemble without any trouble. If you happen to have a solid hex wrench you could likely even do it faster.
All mesh chairs are the best. This one is better than the $400+ ones at the office. You do not feel the chair frame around your legs or hips. Back support is perfect. Thought about leaving the headrest off but it's actually really comfortable and doesn't get in the way.
I have found the chair to be very comfortable. The main reason I picked this chair is most chairs I have seen for sale have been too short. The seat is not tall enough. This chair is tall enough for me to make the height to my desk correct.
The chair itself seems OK so far but this is the THIRD Dexley chair I've had! The first 2 were delivered damaged-in-the-box (same piece each time: the plastic shroud that covers the bar that connects the back to the seat). The only reason I have it now is that I had the store personnel assemble it for me to be sure that the same part didn't arrive broken a third time.
Decent comfort but it does not allow me to sit up straight

This chair does have lumbar support and It the seat is wide which I like. The arms do adjust up and down but no padding. I will be buying padding for them. My main issues is that the back of the chair does not adjust forward enough for me to sit up straight and this is the reason I bought a new chair. (I needed to be sitting with correct posture) The chair also does not go up high enough for my desk but I can put a seat pad to adjust that part. It would have been nicer to have the back of the chair adjustable forward.
