Chair is easy to assemble and the lumbar support makes a noticeable difference. The chair fits me perfectly at 5'9 and the mesh fabric breathes well making the increasing summer heat a non-issue. My business partner is 5'10 and has a slightly longer torso and finds the headrest uncomfortable- there are no options to move the headrest up or down. The lumbar support does have about 3' of play though it is a slight pain to adjust it. Try it in the store before you buy and if it fits and you only plan to use the chair 4-5 hours a day it is great for the price! After only a month of use (heavier than I planned with the quarantine ) the mesh is starting to stretch so it is a moderate use chair. Luckily I have two chairs to rotate between and that seems to be working quite well as my partner bought a different model that is more comfortable.
Very comfortable. Been using it for 2 weeks...8-10 hours a day. Great for sitting at a computer all day. Only issue I had was during assembly some of the threads were stripped so I had to crank the bolts in with an electric impact wrench. If they ever have to come out they probably will be stripped.
On March 13 my firm told all employees we were required to work from home due to the COVID 19 situation. I didn't have a good setup for working at home for a prolonged period so I opted to turn my spare room into an office. I went to Staples the next day & quickly chose a desk but I have back problems so a good chair is essential. I sat in pretty much all the chairs they had on display. I liked this one the best and fortunately it was on sale. It was a good choice. I've been putting in 7 to 8 hours a day for the past two weeks and I have experienced no pain or discomfort. It was definitely the right chair for me.
