So far so good. I purchased the chair about three weeks ago and it has made a major improvement due to the number of hours of sitting at my desk at my home now. I give the lumbar support a thumbs up.

This chair is great for short people like me I'm 5'! Comfortable but not overly huge to swallow you up!

The chair was comfortable in the store. But when I started using it my home office it fell short. After only a couple hours my back and butt we’re killing me. I tried several different adjustments to no avail. After trying for a week to get used to it I gave up and returned it. That’s where Staples get high marks. They didn’t even make me dismantle the chair and box it up. Simply rolled the chair into the store and the manager credited my card. Will definitely buy from them again.

Bought for my husband and he doesn’t think it’s the most comfortable chair. So we are returning it. I think It’s nice though. Mesh all over keeps everything cool.

Chair is very comfortable breathable and I love how the seat hugs against my back so I don't slouch!
