Really nice chair. Very comfortable with good back support which is nice since I work from home. We bought several for our office and I liked mine so well I ordered one for my home office!
I like the chair it's higher than my old one and that was key for me Pretty comfortable. But really irritated that when I took the floor model I was charged for assembly. That's not right.
Very easy to assemble definitely recommend using a socket wrench if you have one (saves a ton of time). Very comfortable chair have been using it for a few weeks now and no back pain. Would recommend this chair to anyone who loves the color blue :D
I'm old fashion so I didn't know if I would like this chair. But I have found this chair to be comfortable and extremely adjustable. I would recommend this chair without reservation.

The comfort level when I tried this out in the store was amazing and I tried several chairs. All the chairs I looked at were pretty comfortable. This is a firmer chair as the tension on the mesh is pretty tight and it's not super stretchy. The arm rests are "padded" but it's stiff rubber padding. If you want something cushy and soft to sink into I suggest one of the executive chairs with the giant cushions. I have spent most of the last three days sitting in this chair for work and for gaming/streaming and my normally achy joints are actually happy for once. The adjustability of this chair is great but a little difficult to use. The arm rests go up and down easily as does the cylinder for the chair height but the headrest and the lumbar cushion use a slot system that makes it hard to slide them into the exact spot you want. I haven't tried the tension control on the recline feature but I'm happy with where it's currently set and see no need to change it right now. I like the mesh because it offers breathability that leather/vinyl/PU chairs don't. I sat in one of the leather 'gaming' chairs for several minutes and could tell that I would just sweat in it all day. The color of the mesh fabric is kind of medium electric blue - not super bright but not pale or faded looking. The rest of the chair is a pretty standard looking black plastic. The wheels are plastic as is most of the base. So you do run the risk of them eventually cracking. The chair I got is in perfect condition as it was packed well so I'm not too worried about it. I think buying it from the store helped as far as the condition of the chair because it wasn't sitting in a hot warehouse waiting to be thrown into a truck and dropped on my front porch. The store associates were all super helpful from the person who retrieved the chair from the overstock on top of the shelves (none of the blue ones were on the store floor) to the cashier and the manager who helped with the warranty. I did get the three year Staples warranty because they said it covers pretty much anything. Fingers crossed that I'll never have to test that. Putting it together was very easy. It took me about 1:45 to finish. The last twenty minutes or so were me trying to fit the headrest. You don't have to put it on as the chair does look nice without it. I did want it though so it took some effort and strength to get it to align properly so that I could feed the screws into the holes properly.
