I purchased this chair for my son who said he wanted this chair for his birthday. He went to our local staples and sat in it to make sure it would work for him. He was very pleased that the chair could adjust to individuals back height and neck and arm supports. I got in during a limited time special so it was a great purchase.

First the positives of dealing with Staples. The chair was not in stock when I attempted to purchase it; however it was delivered free of charge the next day. Unfortunately the seat portion was broken. The seat was replaced free of charge due to the 7 years parts warranty and only required a call to the toll free number to arrange for a new seat to be shipped to me. The new part arrived five days later. After assembling and using for a day the outer edge of my legs felt bruised. Considering I'm of larger than average statue I fill the entire seat. The sides of the seat frame supporting the mess seat material are hard plastic with no cushioning. There is however cushioning at the front edge of the seat. I returned the chair for a full refund. I originally bought the chair for the lumbar support which seems to be good.
