Firm but comfortable support for all day use. I had a workpro series chair prior to this which was a little more plush (mesh seat on this chair vs foam on workpro) but the headrest on this chair is really what it makes it excellent for extended periods of being seated.

My new chair has made work from home so much more comfortable and productive. The neck and shoulder pain went away within a day after sitting in my new chair! Definitely worth the purchase. Oh and not to mention quick and speedy delivery. My 19 year old son was able too put the chair together within minutes and I was ready to work. Great purchase! I love the comfort of the chair. One of the best ergonomic chairs. Back cushion can be improved a little bit. Currently I need to push little hard in reclining to 100 or 110 degree angle. Otherwise excellent no issues
