This is the best office chair I've ever owned and I've owned several. The mesh allows the air to flow through so that you don't get a sticky or cold bottom. The arms are of a type of rubber so they kind of give with you movements. The wheels are ever so neat - glide almost. It has a lumbar section and a head rest. WHAT MORE COULD YOUR ASK FOR IN AN OFFICE CHAIR - IT'S PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a teacher working from home. I bought this chair because I find my self sitting for long hours of teaching and viewing online meetings and professional development webinars. I have been using it for the last 5 days and do not feel any stress on my back and legs. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone who is working from home. If you are using it on a carpet make sure you get a mat so it can roll easily.

I like it a lot! The only difference from autonomous is that the arm cannot be moved forward to backward. But good enough for its price. Took a while to install the five wheels.

This is a very nice chair thats very sturdy and comfortable to sit in. The only downsides are not having a height adjustable head rest and the lumbar support constantly moves. I wish it would lock into place and stay there.
