very comfortable and supportive chair. did not attach the upper neck support as it was too low for user's height. would be nice if the neck support was adjustable (able to raise)

Have had the chair for less than a week now and so far so good. Bought it for its adjustable arm rests and lumbar support. Also because the seat was deep enough for an ergonomic fit. The thing that I’m surprisingly not liking as much (or not used to yet) is the seat’s mesh fabric. It seems to stretch and isn’t as firm as it should be in places while in other places it’s too firm. But my back and shoulder aches seem to have improved while using.
