The bar under the chair that slides to keep the chair from leaning back has bent and the chair just lays back when you go to sit in it. Freaking annoying! JUNK DON'T BUY!!!
My son loves it and now sits in it for 7 hours a day with online school. Works great for him: Flexible great height adjustments and great rollers. Perfect for us
I'm a reasonably average sized guy 5'11" 200lbs and I personally found this chair incredibly uncomfortable. The seat was too narrow which created a hard pressure on the outside of my thighs and the headrest even on it's highest setting was too low for me. My fiance on the other hand at 5'4" 120lbs found the chair quite comfortable. The construction seamed very good and the chair was very sturdy but just because the chair is rated up to 275lbs doesn't mean a 200lb+ individual will find it comfortable.
If you've been used to sitting in a really badly supported office chair for a while it may take you a bit to get used to this chair. My back had to get used to sitting in it with some lower back support but after a few days any small lower back aches went away. I really love the adjustable arms and the adjustable reclining tension. It allows me to go from "WORK MODE" to "r e l a x m o d e" just by pulling the lever out. Materials seem sturdy. Armrests are comfortable but not cushy. The mesh seat and back are springy and supportive. Hoping that it doesn't get too loose with time but the chair has a 7 year warranty so im not too worried. It rolls very quietly compared to my old chair. Box came dented and ripped up but the chair parts didnt seem to have any wear. Instructions for assembly are pretty straight forward. It's a little cumbersome to do by yourself but not impossible. It probably took me about 25 minutes. Overall pretty satisfied.
