This is a nice product that appears to have quality build materials is comfortable to sit in and looks great (especially in blue). The only thing I dislike about it is that it has a less than solid feel to it. Other chairs I've had are more firm and don't flex as much as this chair. This chair has a bit of a feel to it that you may bend it or break it even though I don't think that is the case. Also the assembly while manageable is needlessly difficult. I've assembled many other chairs that have the same components but are just more straight forward to put together

Easy to assemble by one person. Very comfortable and supportive for long work days at the computer. Very happy with purchase. Most difficult thing was transporting the box up the flight of steps into the house especially when the handhold on the box tore out. It is a bit unwieldy and heavy when boxed so planning to have help for initial pick-up and delivery may be a good idea.

I've owned the chair for fewer than six months and the seat webbing is already separating from the hem. The chair will probably be unusable in a few weeks based on how it's tearing. The chair has led a relatively easy life the past few months in a house without children or rough use. Will update this rating based on my experience with the warranty process.
