Overall this is a comfortable chair good for working at the desk. I have a smaller frame so the headrest sits a little high for my comfort and it would better if the arm rests could go in a little bit more. Great buy comparable chairs I've seen are much higher.

It seems to be a nice chair. The lock to make the chairback stay straight up allows for a 6" movement backwards which shouldn't happen. It is the "play" in the mechanism.

Chair needed assembly but it was pretty easy I did it alone in about 10-15 minutes. Everything clearly marked instructions were well written. Very comfortable chair great lumbar support!
