It seems to be a nice chair. The lock to make the chairback stay straight up allows for a 6" movement backwards which shouldn't happen. It is the "play" in the mechanism.

I bought this chair after trying it out in the store and am thrilled with it. I have spine and hip issues and most chairs are not comfortable for me. This one is pleasantly different it's very comfortable for me. I find it easy to navigate and use all the levers. I am very happy with my purchase and would gladly recommend this chair to anyone.

I believe this was an excellent choice and glad I made this purchase.
