Love the chair but the wheels are not functioning properly. Requested replacements but if they are upgraded the issue will be there again. Wheels don’t rotate as the should but rather slide sideways when on the chair.

COVID-19 Has me like many others working from home. The old desk chair I had was killing my back to the point I had trouble standing up straight. Invested in this chair after going to Staples and sitting in just about every desk chair they had. Kept coming back to this one. Good lumbar support and can adjust back tilt headrest and arms. Still have to “go to work” but so much more comfortable and pain free now.
