The Product: Assembly required no tools other than the Allen wrench enclosed in the package. Instructions for assembly were clear and well-written. Packaging of the attaching hardware was brilliant--having a compartment of hardware for each assembly step. The graphics were a little hard to read but essentially not a show stopper. The chair is comfortable and easily adjusted to my needs. The wheels are a little on the cheaply-built side but still allow me to move while seated. Overall a good experience! I will probably buy another product like this from this manufacturer based on my experience with this one.
