The chair arrived quickly and took very little time to assemble. The directions were very simple and clear and the small number of parts were nicely separated by instruction step. It has a comfortable mesh seat back and headrest and a lower back support that you can slide up/down a bit. It has a standard raise/lower handle underneath and a knob to tighten/loosen the tilt. Overall it is comfortable not too bulky rolls easily and has a sleek look.
We assembled the chair ourselves and found the directions to be spot on. The chair is great. The back & seat are mesh making it cool & comfortable. The lower lumber support is a BIG plus!
When I moved my office home I was forced to upgrade the chair that I seldom used previously. This was my selection and I sit in it eight hours a day and have no complaints. It is very comfortable & sturdy and has all the support for my back that I need. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it a second time if needed but I feel like it’s so durable that it will last for years.
I liked this chair while it lasted. I am 6'3" 230# and the seat started ripping 3 months after I bought it. I luckily bought the warranty but 3 months is a pretty poor lifetime even if I was sitting in it 24/7. The head/neck rest was also a bit too low for me. A wider person than myself would fit in it and it is rated for 275# but the seat construction is just held in with staples and one is suspended like a trampoline. I don't think this construction would hold anyone over 200# for long. I got a different chair today and have high hopes for it. I feel bad for people who don't buy the warranty and are out of their hard earned money. I would give this chair 3 stars if it lasted a year at least but I would never buy or recommend this chair to a friend.
