Paid for Staples to assemble the chair which was done properly; however when I picked up the chair there was no information provided on the chair as Staples staff threw the information away with the box. Customers need to know the various parts of this chair in order to adjust.

I bought the same chair back in April or May and i love/loved it. In August I had to travel for work. While away on the business trip my wife started teleworking due to COVID-19. Well long story short when I returned home my wife had basically confiscated my chair. So to avoid morning races to see who would get to the chair first and claim it for the day I just went to Staples and bought her her own. She loves it.

The chair is solid but I wish the castors wheels were a little better. The rolling action is a bit tight for me or it would be 5 stars.

Chair was extremely easy to assemble. Detailed step-by-step instructions and tool provided. Comfortable and multiple adjustments. The only option it needed for me to give it a five star rating was to have a bottom seat adjustment but otherwise it’s a nice Chair.

I ordered this chair back in July and it's already broken. the lining making up the mesh part of the seat of the chair came out after I sat down too hard and now it sags when i sit. I am pretty big but not that much so 6' 4" 210 lbs. Pretty bad build quality but I guess maybe i should lose some weight cause apparently im too fat for this chair. So if you're that size you might have the same experience from sitting down on this chair too often.
