Bought the chair for my wife who works from home. She had a spinal fusion 2 years ago and struggles with any type of sitting for long periods. This chairs lumbar support made a huge difference for her!

Arm rest minimum height is slightly too high causing shoulders to shrug a bit. Also too wide. Seat depth is too deep making lumbar support difficult to use. Wearing shorts not recommended as the material is rough and causes imprints on skin. The backrest angle isn't adjustable and the default position leans back too much. It makes the headrest unusable unless I lean into it. Assembly took a little over an hour and was straightforward but the back rest was a little difficult to attach and required help. Overall I wouldn't recommend based on all of the aspects covered.
