The overall build is good. I am a little concerned with the army rests. It seems they are padded plastic. We will see over time what will happen to them. I had chairs with that kind of army rests falling apart.
Merely acceptable but watch out for lumbar support

A mid-range chair of decent quality. I own a $350+ chair from a different brand and it offers a luxury level of comfort and features. While this chair looks similar the experience is not. With only essential adjustments available honing in on a comfortable configuration is difficult. The webbing feels and looks cheaper. It's kind of a matter of you get what you pay for. The biggest strike against this chair is the well-intentioned but completely misguided lumbar "support". What is intended as a comfort feature is actually an uncomfortable nearly torturous thinly cushioned piece of plastic positioned to jab into the lower back. I would remove it but that is not an option.
I got this chair as an update to my home office. I have issues with my hips and legs that needed a better chair to sit in for long periods of time. This works phenomenally! Great chair if you can get one

Before continuing I would like to say thank you to the person who took the effort to bring the chair to my 13th floor apt without a request! The dexley had simple instructions and featured a slightly adjustable headrest. It’s a comfortable and affordable chair as I was able to get it for $150 during Cyber Monday. If you’re looking for a good quality chair that’s not a Herman Miller I’d snag this one.
