Got this chair and loved every minute of use - comfortable and very well ventilated. I had a solid back and base chair for many years and now will never go back - Ventilated chair is the only way to go.

Realized it was broken AFTER assembling it
on January 6, 2021

Took abt 30 mins to unpack and assemble. Only problem is that the back cover part was broken. I thought it was loose and just needed to be snapped into place but nope. It was broken in a few places. Customer service was willing to process a replacement or an adjustment. The idea of disassembling packing returning unpacking and reassembling (and hoping nothing is broken) didn't seem like fun. So I went with the price adjustment. I'll try to glue the broken piece back in place. If it doesn't hold then I'll live with the industrial look. Apart from that the chair is comfortable and feels sturdy.

I saw this chair in the store befitting ordering online. I got the opportunity to sit in it. The mesh seating and design is good however I did not take into consideration how wide the chair is with limited adjustability. The back has limited adjustments as well. I am a medium size women and the chair is too wide for me.

I've sat in it 8-11 hours three days in a row and it is very comfortable. Was easy to adjust to my needs and has great back and arm support
