I saw this chair in the store befitting ordering online. I got the opportunity to sit in it. The mesh seating and design is good however I did not take into consideration how wide the chair is with limited adjustability. The back has limited adjustments as well. I am a medium size women and the chair is too wide for me.

Realized it was broken AFTER assembling it

Took abt 30 mins to unpack and assemble. Only problem is that the back cover part was broken. I thought it was loose and just needed to be snapped into place but nope. It was broken in a few places. Customer service was willing to process a replacement or an adjustment. The idea of disassembling packing returning unpacking and reassembling (and hoping nothing is broken) didn't seem like fun. So I went with the price adjustment. I'll try to glue the broken piece back in place. If it doesn't hold then I'll live with the industrial look. Apart from that the chair is comfortable and feels sturdy.

I am 5' 8" weighing about 230 LBS. I tried many chairs to find one that fits me with all the right adjustments. This chair works with room to spare. I was going to buy this in boring black until I spotted this blue. It is a nice compliment to my office. Assembly was easy as I used the shipping box to assemble. For me this was the greatest thing since sliced bread!
