Still "testing" but lumbar support is painful

So far it's a decent chair overall - easy to assemble looks good - but I am experiencing acute lower back pain from the lumbar support... still adjusting the height (it moves up and down) to see if it gets better but it feels like a lot of pressure (not relaxing!) on the back. I'm 6' 1" 190 lbs.

assembly was easy. seat is comfortable but too high for me even at its lowest (I'm 5'5"). The same is true for the lumbar support its much too high at its lowest setting and actually causes me back pain.

I have a lot of issues finding a chair that fits my legs. Normally my feet do not touch the floor. This chair is SO comfortable. My feet touch the floor and the seat itself is comfortable. I haven’t had back or leg pain since I started using it. My ankles used to swell from other chairs because of the way the seat hit my legs. I have had NONE of that with this chair. I will definitely recommend it to EVERYONE!!!!
