I like the chair very much it's comfortable and was easy to put together. The chair does have some gassing off to do though I don't like that part of it. The smell should dissipate after some time.

It's nice being able to adjust/lean back and even to have a head rest but I felt like improvements are needed. My back would hurt after sitting in it all day (work from home). I tried adjsuting the lumbar support and it may have helped temporarily but would get to the point where I would have to take meetings standing up to try and give my back a break. The headrest is also a little to forward in my opinion. I could never find the right height or position of the head rest for my neck to feel supported and not have to lean all the way back. Lastly the material of the seat would sort of grab onto my pants and would cause my pants to catch on the seat and cause bunching. For $200 this chair was not it for me. My wife loves her chair though so this could definitely be a me issue.

Compared to what I was using this is like sitting on a cloud. The sales person pointed out how much wider this chair was compared to some of the others. After we got back home with it we realized just how much the width made it so much more comfortable. Thank you guys we love this chair.

This model of office chair has a cylinder issue. Had this chair for less than 2 years. I weight less than 200 lbs and the center cylinder is now dragging on the floor. It has to be a defect with this model. We have 10+ chairs in our office and most are dragging or half a centimeter from the floor. Buyers beware!!!
