Great chair! My only reason for not eating the purchase a full 5 stars had to do with the lack of knowledge regarding your companies purchasable extended warranty. The cashier was mumbling lacked eye contact and confidence or knowledge about what the warranty entailed. To be frank it was quite embarrassing and it almost made my wife and I walk out of Staples and not purchase the chair. You cannot have associates at the register that don't know your products that affects the Staples brand. Overall we're very happy with the chair.

Chair comfort will not be mistaken for an Aeron but the price point is much lower! As others have noted the lumbar suppport does not really want to stay in place. This might be due to height (6'1") or weight (230#) but it is the only negative I see (not that big of a deal). Overall pleased with purchase!

Thank you for doing such great job putting together the chairs for us. They work just fine and too. We had so many projects already happening at our house when we purchased these chairs though it was not a huge project putting together 2 chairs that we needed right away would have added to an already project filled day. Pros & Cons: A lot of adjustments but not all described very well in the instructions. Took me a couple days to figure out how to adjust the lumbar support (and a broken fingernail). Assembly instructions were mostly very clear & easy. The box it came in made a great assembly platform. Some of the screws didn’t thread easily and the headrest was the hardest part to install. Wheels work well on short carpet. Not as supportive as I would have liked but comfortable. Can’t adjust the tilt at all - the knob is stuck. Seat height adjusts to both my short and tall table. But the box was amazing! Very thick cardboard blue lined and just elegant. Definitely recommend.
