This was a replacement for a chair I bought that was defective in manufacture (different chair). The first chair had misaligned bolt holes in the back that I thought were a non-issue. I tried that chair for a week and a half. The seat was fine and I thought the back was too until I started having back pain and measured. I discovered the alignment was skewed and the problem was beyond a cosmetic issue. So got full credit for that one and tried a half dozen others in store and settled on this chair. My back is very happy now. This is a very comfortable chair with adjustable lumbar. I highly recommend.

I purchased this chair for my husband to use at our home office situated in the corner of our living room. He has multiple back issues and needed something with good lumbar support. This chair fits the bill. He is so pleased with it that I often find him sitting there to watch TV instead of on the sofa. He especially enjoys proving his feet up and enjoying the recline position. The seat doesn’t cause him more pain as he works like his previous chair. Very pleased overall.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who was in desperate need of a new chair. He had a lot of problems with his back and shoulder but those have been reduced dramatically since he started using the Dexley. He loves the quality and durability. We have three cats but they don't hurt it even when their claws scrape against the mesh. We are both very happy with it. I'm going to buy myself one asap!
