The chair is perfect for our needs it is my wife and I both use it while sitting at our desk. It is beyond comfortable and it is magical for my back! No longer have any discomfort after sitting for any length of time in it. Just a great chair!!

Chair is OK; but it took ordering the darn thing 2 times. I ordered it and "they" said they delivered it a week later instead of a couple days and then "they" reordered it and 3 days later where is the chair? I finally said to refund my money which they were only too happy to do to get me off "their" back. I waited a week or so and reordered and even though it was a little late at least I finally received the chair. Assembly was easy and completed quickly without any undue questions or anything else. I like the adjustable lumbar support which is why I bought it in the first place.

I always have a problem with my backside not being comfortable after a long time in any seat. This is breathable and form-fitting so no numbness or discomfort! The lumbar support is also a great feature and was a must-have when looking into office chairs. I do wish that part was adjustable but for the price point I'm not complaining.

This is a very comfortable chair. Important it had adjustable height level which is important for my height. Assemblyy was easy. But I am still having trouble attaching the headrest. I have to call the company to troubleshoot which is the only set back.
