We had so many projects already happening at our house when we purchased these chairs though it was not a huge project putting together 2 chairs that we needed right away would have added to an already project filled day. I needed a good chair to work from home and this one hurts me.

I bought this chair because of all the positive reviews. I have used mesh chairs in the past and I found them comfortable but this chair is not comfortable. I gave it too much time... Apparently Staples return policy is only 14 days on furniture... I thought maybe I would get used to it but I have not. I do not like this chair at all. I have a much older chair that is way more comfortable (and it is not comfortable). This was a huge mistake buying this chair without first trying it out. The issues I have is the seat hurts my butt and there isn't any back support. Even with the seat back locked there is a good amount of movement before it hits it's limit. It feels reclined even with the lock engaged. I would not recommend this chair to anyone who has to sit for very long. Even when i get up for lunch my butt and back ache and it takes me a minute to get out of the seat.

Chair works great and is very comfortable. Only complaint is on the head/neck rest. It is not adjustable and is rather low. I am tall and it contacts me on my shoulders so I no longer have it attached to the chair.

Perhaps one of the easiest to assemble desk chairs I have ever purchased. The instructions are clear and they do have a support number (even printed on the box) to call if you need help or replacement parts. It took me a little time to adjust to this mesh type chair. But after that I was ok with it. The seat does not tilt with the back. Not a deal breaker for me. It does come with several adjustments you can make. I would imagine most would be able to find a comfortable seating position. My only concern would be how well this chair will hold up. I don't know their track record. I'm not hard on chairs but I spend a fair amount of time in my desk chair.
