This chair is comparable if not better than the Herman Miller ones my work provided when we were still in an office. Do not hesitate to buy if the cost is under $200.

It’s very comfortable and rolls easily but seems a bit big. Maybe I just need to get used to it.

5 Stars! This is the most comfortable and supportive office chair I’ve ever had! Well packed for shipping and really easy assembly. Long days of working from home were taking their toll but now I am sitting pretty thanks to this Union & Scale chair! Highly recommend.

Cylinder started leaking oil after 30 days moderate \less use and do not hold the height. I have received the replacement cylinder but it does also have same problem.
