Chair arrived promptly as promised. Delivery person was professional and helpful. Assembly instructions were clear and straightforward though I used my own Allen wrench with its actual handle (using the one supplied would have worked but taken longer). The only thing is that I was mystified by the headrest; at no position adjustment does my head come within six inches of the headrest so I'm unsure what exactly its purpose is. I'm not qualified to say whether or not the adjustable lumbar support does its job but I can say that it does feel quite comfortable.

I've used the chair for a week with up to 10-12 hours of usage. The chair has a really good feature set for what you pay for especially on discount. However I was left pretty disappointed with the build quality. The mesh seating had stretched within the first week and when I properly adjusted my position my tail bone was resting on the plastic seat frame. The mesh also isn't very comfortable so I'd suggest wearing jeans or something thick when sitting. The chair also started making creaking noises when I reclined back and forth. I decided to return it after that. It isn't a bad chair but be aware that quality control isn't its strong suit and be prepared to do some returns and exchangesm

So much more comfortable than the last Staples chair I purchased ! Working from home means I’m in my chair 7-8 hours at a time. This chair is super supportive nice next rest . Only thing I can say is I wish there were black chairs left settled with the blue !
