This chair is very comfortable and I'd say very comparable to the HON Ignition 2 chair. The backrest leans back while the seat remains flat. The arms are very comfortable as well. I've never been a headrest person but the headrest is nice when leaning back in the chair. It's adjustable too. I'm very pleased with this chair. The assembly is very clear and was a breeze. The chair is a little heavy though which I like. I really don't have a con with this chair. A month in and so far so great!

My old office chair was covered in cheap vynil that kept flaking off in little pieces! This new chair has a sort of mesh seat & back. It's cool and durable. And because I used my Staples rewards points it cost me less than $100 plus tax!

This is a great chair but I wish I had gone in to the store to try it out before I bought it online. It is made for a man or a taller woman. The seat is a bit too deep for me. It’s hard to sit right back into th seat all the way. The head rest is in the wrong place for my head and neck and is not adjustable down any further At least the back is tall so I can lean back.. But the tension for the pushback on the back is so hard even when adjusted to be as little as possible that I can’t easily push back and stay in that position. Definitely try it out in the store before you buy especially if you are a woman under 5’5”.

I picked this one over the Hyken for the larger size difference. Glad I did. But I wish the headrest wasn’t sitting on my upper back. I’m 5’10” and unless I’m leaning back does the headrest fit right. Upright it’s just too low. The lumbar moves randomly too. But overall great chair for the price. I can sit in this for 9hrs and more.

The chair is not very comfortable. There are large plastic lugs where the arms attach and the mesh stretches down so that your rear-end rests on them a little bit. After a few hours it is uncomfortable. The lumbar support is too aggressive in any position. I considered removing the lumbar support and grinding off the chair lugs but that seems like a lot of effort. The chair is getting returned. The chair seems to be of pretty good quality and assembly was easy. It's just not comfortable.

Overall this is a solid budget friendly office chair. Easy to put together comfortable with good lumbar support. I’m 6’4 and the headrest was not even close to where I need it to be even after extending the hight to it’s max. This was an easy fixe with an additional $20 purchase of a third party head rest cushion. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
