It meets my needs for a chair I don't normally sit in for long periods of time. After a week I'm still getting used to the mesh seat vs. traditional cushion. Assembly was very straightforward. I omitted the armrests since I'm in and out of the chair frequently. The headrest to be effective for my lanky frame needed to reach a few inches higher and a couple inches farther forward. I removed it making it easier to put a coat over the back of the chair.

The assembly instructions were ingenious and super easy to follow. I had it put together in about 15 minutes. It's very comfortable and doesn't feel cheaply made. Most things are adjustable although I wish there was a way to lower the headrest even more.
