This model of office chair has a cylinder issue. Had this chair for less than 2 years. I weight less than 200 lbs and the center cylinder is now dragging on the floor. It has to be a defect with this model. We have 10+ chairs in our office and most are dragging or half a centimeter from the floor. Buyers beware!!!

I recently purchased the Staples Dexley Ergonomic Mesh Swivel Task Chair in Gray (UN61365) and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The chair's ergonomic design is outstanding providing excellent support for long hours of sitting. The mesh backrest keeps me cool and comfortable while the adjustable features allow for a personalized fit. The swivel function is smooth and the build quality feels robust and durable. Overall this chair has significantly improved my workspace comfort and productivity. Highly recommended!

This chair is comfortable and I like how you can adjust the head and arm rests. No downsides noted yet. I would recommend this chair for others.
