I have been using this chair for around 2 weeks and I think it is good if you are used to mesh chairs. My thighs and ass needed to adjust to the mesh but overall it is good. It gets hot over here and having the mesh chair definitely cooled my ass down. I think you need to be decently tall to use the head rest. I am 6'1'' and it seems good for my neck but if I was shorter it would not position well. I wish I could lower the arm rests some more so I can put my chair underneath my desk when I am not using it. Overall it is a good purchase.

Wish the gas system could prop the chair higher. I’m 6’2” and could use one more bump up to sit comfortably. Neck rest is nice overall nice chair except not very tall friendly.
