Chair is kinda ok mesh isnt very comfortable and head rest is subpar but the thing that really upsets me is it does not lock upright it tilts back even when locked so it defeats the purpose of being a ergonomic chair and haveing good posture if when I sit in it its tilts back making me have to lean foward to keep the chair up and use my computer.

Aside from the chair itself it was not at all difficult to put together in fact I did it myself! If I had to make one change it would be to lower the back so that the neck rest would suit me better. I remedied my issue by adding a contoured pillow to the seat. I cannot say that my small issue was the fault of the chair I happen to be short and I'm used to making adjustments. Others have seen it thinks it's just as nice as I do.

Nothing special fits basic needs. Lumbar support is a nice addition. reclining is either on or off no way to set mid stops. Arms only adjust up or down.

Rarely have I been this impressed by the top-notch packaging quality of materials and general ease of assembly for a chair or anything significant for the household. And it looks and feels impressive - talk about a camera-ready chair you can also feel comfy in. My lumbar area has never had it so good in an office chair - I actually can sit up straight in this! Buy this especially if you're tall like me (6'3"). You won't regret it. It was an even greater value with the $100 discount at time of purchase.

Bang for the buck. It has an adjustable arm rest plus an adjustable head rest that feels great. The wheels still roll nicely over carpet. Also I can actually feel the ergonomic design help my back. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chair that’s cheap but has the ability to last. Good luck!
