This chair is such an upgrade from the old one. Assembly was a breeze given the color coded hardware and clear and organized instructions. Color coding the hardware was a genius move. Super comfy with great lumbar support. Thanks!!

After less than a week the lumbar support was digging into my back and I could not adjust it to a comfortable position. The seat pan seems wide but the edges are hard plastic and after sitting for a while you start to feel it under your legs. The arm width is not adjustable and are too far apart.

Great chair easy assembly my one "nitpick" and why it lost the star the lumbar support isn't "lockable". I need that badboy in the same place not sliding around and demanding readjustment all the time!

It's not a Aeron but it's my dime not the bosses. I'm 6'4" and have had a Hyken as a gaming chair for the last 7 years. Wow what an upgrade I actually had to find the best setting for me instead of everything at max. Loving it so far.
