The chair was comfortable and met all support needed. But after almost 3 months there is a crack on the support end of the leg and now the chair is dragging on the floor. Won't even pop back up.

Very nice especially for the price. Two things to mention: Wheels were hard to install. After pinching my hand I ended up tapping the top of the base to get them to insert. The directions make it seem that they go in easily. The headrest is a little low for me and is not adjustable. I’m 6ft. But I would buy again.
